Develop and establish team strategy to manage the business of CFD Performance; Develop and maintain people skills, processes and systems in place to sustain the business with best level of Quality, Cost and delivery to ensure customer satisfaction; To generate plans and ensure technical growth to sustain expanded business aligning with Corporate Strategy and considering Department / organizational objectives.
