Sr. Communication Associate

About the Position

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Communication Associate to join our Corporate Communications team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and executing communication strategies that enhance our company's reputation, engage our stakeholders, and support our business objectives.

Responsibilities

Communication Strategy Development:

• Assist in the creation and implementation of comprehensive communication plans.
• Develop strategies to enhance internal and external communications.

Content Creation:

• Write, edit, and proofread high-quality content for various communication channels including press releases, newsletters, social media, website, and internal communications.
• Create compelling stories that align with the company's brand and messaging.

Media Relations:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with media contacts.
• Draft press materials and manage media inquiries.
• Coordinate and manage media events, press conferences, and interviews.

Internal Communications:

• Develop and distribute internal communications to ensure employees are informed and engaged.
• Support the development and execution of internal communication campaigns.

Digital and Social Media:

• Manage and grow the company's social media presence.
• Develop content and monitor social media channels for engagement and feedback.

Measurement and Reporting:

• Track and analyze the effectiveness of communication efforts.
• Prepare reports and presentations on communication activities and outcomes.

Mandatory Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a similar role.
• Proven experience in creating and executing communication strategies.
