Job Description
Communication Strategy Development:
- Assist in the creation and implementation of comprehensive communication plans.
- Develop strategies to enhance internal and external communications.
Content Creation:
- Write, edit, and proofread high-quality content for various communication channels including press releases, newsletters, social media, website, and internal communications.
- Create compelling stories that align with the companys brand and messaging.
Media Relations:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media contacts.
- Draft press materials and manage media inquiries.
- Coordinate and manage media events, press conferences, and interviews.
Internal Communications:
- Develop and distribute internal communications to ensure employees are informed and engaged.
- Support the development and execution of internal communication campaigns.
Digital and Social Media:
- Manage and grow the companys social media presence.
- Develop content and monitor social media channels for engagement and feedback.
Measurement and Reporting:
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of communication efforts.
- Prepare reports and presentations on communication activities and outcomes.
- Bachelor s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a similar role.
- Proven experience in creating and executing communication strategies.
Additional Skills:
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and communication tools.
- Experience with social media management and digital content creation.
- Strong understanding of media relations and crisis communication.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
