Job Description
The Senior Fellow CEO s Office will act as a key strategic advisor and project manager, supporting the CEO in driving organizational priorities. This role involves coordinating cross-functional initiatives, conducting research and analysis, and ensuring seamless execution of high-impact projects. The position requires a highly motivated individual who can operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strategic Support
- Collaborate closely with the CEO to support decision-making by providing data-driven insights, strategic recommendations, and detailed analysis on key initiatives.
- Assist in formulating and executing organizational strategies, ensuring alignment with the company s vision and goals.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and briefing documents for internal and external stakeholders.
Project Management
- Lead and coordinate critical cross-functional projects and ensure their timely and effective execution.
- Monitor project milestones, manage risks, and provide regular updates to the CEO on progress and potential roadblocks.
- Drive special initiatives as directed by the CEO, ensuring clear communication and alignment across departments.
Research and Analysis
- Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to inform strategic decisions.
- Analyze organizational performance data and recommend actionable insights for improvement.
- Support due diligence and evaluation of new business opportunities, partnerships, and investments.
Communication and Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication on behalf of the CEO.
- Represent the CEO s office in meetings, preparing follow-ups and ensuring action items are completed.
- Coordinate with board members, senior leadership, and external partners on behalf of the CEO.
Operational Excellence
- Drive operational efficiency within the CEO s office, including prioritizing tasks, managing schedules, and handling confidential matters with discretion.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Support governance and compliance activities, including preparation for board meetings and other high-level discussions.
- Post-graduate degree in social development sector having a multidisciplinary academic profile.
- 5 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or a similar role, with at least 3 years in a senior capacity.
- Proven track record of working on strategic projects and executive-level initiatives.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects.
- Strong organisational skills with the foundation of learning attitude
