Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Source and recruit IT professionals for various technical roles across the US using job boards, social media, and other channels.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for current and future requirements.
- Conduct initial screenings, evaluate candidates' skills, and assess cultural fit.
- Collaborate with clients, hiring managers, and account managers to understand job requirements and expectations.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment activities, candidate pipeline, and market insights.
- Guide candidates through the recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Maintain relationships with candidates to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction.
- Handle visa-related queries (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, etc. ) and ensure compliance with US labor laws.
- Stay updated on IT industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive hiring practices.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates.
- Optimize job postings for maximum visibility and response rates.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) effectively to manage candidate records and recruitment metrics.
- Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and US labor laws.
