Job Title: Project Manager / Scrum Master

This candidate should be an experienced leader who can operate independently and professionally in an agile environment. The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing projects and guiding cross-functional teams.

Job Duties:

This person will be responsible for managing projects, fostering engagement, and ensuring the successful delivery of project objectives. The role includes defining project scope, organizing teams, and maintaining positive dynamics. Job duties of a Project Manager / Scrum Master:

• Proficiency in applying agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP, Hybrid) to deliver value effectively.
• Define objectives, scope, schedules, milestones, and ground rules for projects.
• Guide cross-functional teams, fostering engagement, and maintaining a positive dynamic.
• Assess risks, estimate budgets, and allocate resources efficiently.
• Address challenges and remove barriers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Facilitate stakeholder involvement, provide updates, and share a unifying vision.
• Define and monitor quality metrics, track progress, and prepare/distribute reports to stakeholders.
• Organize and lead project meetings, offer constructive feedback, and foster an open feedback culture.
• Actively participate in organizational practices and foster support for project objectives.
• Assist with special initiatives and executive/divisional management tasks as required.
• Banking industry-specific knowledge and technical expertise may be required to understand the project s deliverables and challenges.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, and Asana, and knowledge of collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams.

• Ability to organize and lead productive meetings and foster a feedback culture.
• Banking industry knowledge is a plus.
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Microsoft Teams).
• PMP/Agile project management certification or equivalent is preferred.

Background and Minimum Requirements:

• A Master s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or associated fields, or Bachelor s Degree or equivalent of:
  • 5+ years of professional experience in project management and/or Scrum Master roles.
  • Proven expertise in managing complex, cross-functional projects.
• Knowledge of formal project management techniques and tools.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong leadership skills to foster team collaboration and achieve project goals.
