The marketing function of Carrier Abound is playing a key role in this journey and is looking for a B2B marketer to help take the Carrier Abound SaaS and services business to further heights. This role requires a candidate with a flair for Digital Marketing and preferably, who has experience in PaaS or software product marketing. The ideal candidate would be someone familiar with creating content to support the sales efforts and using digital channels to promote the same. More importantly, the candidate will have experienced using Gen AI / AI-enabled tools in workflows to complete projects. The candidate will also work with the rest of our global Carrier Abound business development team and our product teams. The candidate needs to be able to create content that simplifies our solutions for our audience, helps support brand awareness campaigns and lead nurture programs. About the role:
We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, Good Communicator to help us work on multiple products related Content Creation, brand promotions, campaigns to help our marketing proficiency using the Digital channels like Gen AI / AI-enabled tools .
This role is based in Bengaluru, India. (Carrier follows its worX model - Under worX, employees whose responsibilities allow for remote work, can do so 20-25% in a year - in alignment with Carrier s flex work philosophy.)
Key responsibilities:
For a set of products and productized services: Create compelling sales and marketing collateral (e.g., e-mails, brochures, case studies, blog posts, videos, web page content) to create awareness and support acquiring and nurturing leads.
Lead end-to-end execution of integrated content marketing campaigns: targeting and segmentation, planning, writing and development, publishing, reporting, and optimization
Work closely with product development team to understand existing and new product and with related teams to ensure sales enablement material is of a high standard and is in line with legal and brand guidelines.
Working with Carrier WHQ Marketing teams and other stakeholders for necessary approvals.
Support marketing activities in target geos - product launches at events, tradeshow participation, webinars, etc.
Marketing communications: Developing select PowerPoint slides/ presentations, for internal and external audiences.
Maintaining marketing performance reporting.
Education Preferred:
MBA - Marketing, Prior work experience in a Prior work experience in an IT/PaaS organization (B2B) is a plus
Experience Preferred:
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the below areas.
Soft Skills:
Excellent spoken and written communication skills (in English)
Excellent analytical and presentation skills, with an eye for detail
An understanding of B2B marketing with a passion to learn more
Ability to take ownership and work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Ability to build relationships and collaborate with globally distributed stakeholders.
Strong organization and prioritization skills, ability to switch between multiple projects while moving the needle forward on each of them.
Prior experience in launching new products or new markets is a strong plus
You are organized and self-disciplined, with the ability to meet tight deadlines
Technical Skills:
Experience with content marketing. Prior work with long form content such as brochures, case studies, is a must. While we do work with content writers, a lot of our content gets developed internally as well, which needs reviews and guidance to meet our requirements. Ability to write compelling ad and email copy is a great plus.
Digital marketing experience is a plus. An understanding or SEO best practices and a strong grasp of the nuances of popular channels such as LinkedIn, X and Facebook.
Experience in launching the use of AI enabled tools to complete projects such as development of content, personalizing content for certain personas, analyzing performance of campaigns.
Ability to prepare slides to show concepts or key messages in MS PowerPoint is a must.
Understanding or experience of using HubSpot for marketing automation is a plus.
Experience of preparing, conducting webinars and promoting them is a plus.
Ability to handle agencies to complete projects: Ability to draft briefs for agencies and work with multiple agencies to ensure goals are met.
Desirable Competencies/ Secondary Skill Set:
Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
