Strategic Relation Manager - Procurement

Role & responsibilities: :

Strategic Relationship Manager is responsible to enhance the buyer-supplier relationship. The goal is to leverage these interactions to further understand a supplier's true capabilities. Identifying key areas of spend within the business and identifying ways of adding value through procurement processes. This can be achieved by analyzing the company's purchasing needs and current spend, creating a procurement strategy and selecting and negotiating with suppliers.

1.1. Assist in Developing and implements procurement plans and strategies to support business needs

1.2. Assist in Defining category procurement strategy - align with overall strategy and be an enabler

1.3. Strategically select suppliers aligned with company objectives to enhance business performance.

1.4. Strengthen supplier relationships and collaboration to procure higher quality goods and drive innovation, including R&D partnerships.

1.5. Mitigate supply chain risks by managing supplier diversity, minimizing the supplier base, and identifying alternative sources for resilience and economies of scale.

1.6. Manage the relationship to achieve cost productivity, cash flow, and controllership goals

1.7. Manage supplier selection, development, and overall supplier management

1.8. Assist in developing negotiation strategies and lead negotiations to achieve stated goals and objectives in accordance with the overall business strategy

1.9. Manages creation of spend analysis, supplier development, supplier negotiations and contract implementation to meet overall deflation and productivity objectives

1.10. Manager the conversion cost, investment decisions, capacity blocking, etc.

1.11. ' Work with Partners, vendors and Supply chain, Procurement team to execute sourcing events, and drive organizational processes and compliance.

Work with cross functional teams including IT, engineering, marketing and sales, supply chain, manufacturing, human resources and suppliers through the full project life cycle
