Overview: We are seeking an experienced IT & Non-IT Buyer with 10 to 15 years of expertise in procurement. This role requires a strategic and detail-oriented professional who can manage both IT and Non-IT sourcing needs, vendor negotiations, and cost-saving initiatives while ensuring timely and efficient procurement processes. Your primary responsibility will be to identify cost-effective solutions while maintaining the highest quality standards and adhering to company policies and procurement ethics. Candidate will be responsible  to Float Enquiries, Followup for supplier Bids, Tabulate Commercial Bids, Create PO and followup for supplier Deliveries.

Key Responsibilties: Strategic Sourcing & Procurement: Manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for IT and Non-IT categories, including hardware, software, office supplies, and other general goods/services.. Vendor Management: Evaluate and select vendors based on their capability, pricing, quality, and reliability. Cultivate strong relationships with key vendors and negotiate favorable terms and conditions to secure advantageous contracts. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing agreements with suppliers, optimizing value while minimizing risk and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various requesting departments, including  finance, to understand their procurement needs and provide solutions to support their objectives. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks related to geopolitical factors, economic fluctuations,Pandemics and supplier dependencies. Compliance and Ethics: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines throughout the procurement process Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement function, optimizing processes, and implementing best practices. Procurement Terms & Condition: Shall be well conversant with Contract Terms and condition depending on category of item/Services to be Purchased
