DC Manager- Ranchi (Electronics)

Job Purpose :

To drive end-to-end warehouse operations, ensure timely deliveries of products to customers, DC and Distributors. Analyse and take decisions for ground operations, issue resolutions, stakeholder management and escalations.

Role & responsibilities

1.1. Manage day-to-day DC operations of DC processes such as inbound, outbound, reverse logistics, inventory, spares, transport, commercial and 3PL management.

1.2. Monitor and minimize shrinkage by implementing an effective control mechanism.

1.3. Ensure DC compliance with regulatory requirements and promote a safe working environment for all logistics and distribution activities.

1.4. Ensure wall to wall PI with IAC team, evaluate and investigate reasons for inventory variance

1.5. Reviewing Budget vs Actuals and monitoring operational expenses.

1.6. Reviewing 3PL & transport vendor performance

1.7. Validating vendor invoices as per services received on ground and processing

1.8. Ensure capacity utilization of DC Space, infrastructure, resources and dedicated vehicles during peak period

1.9. Extend full support to stores during promo period and New store openings.

1.10. Leading and managing a team, setting goals, providing guidance, and ensuring effective collaboration

1.11. Identifying areas for process optimization, implementing best practices, and streamlining operations to enhance overall DC efficiency.
