We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner & Operations Lead with 12+ years of progressive HR experience . This role is critical in driving strategic HR initiatives while managing HR operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will have expertise in HR business partnering, compliance, and process automation within the IT/Tech industry in India.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Design, document, and implement HR policies and procedures for onboarding, performance management, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, and offboarding .
Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws, HR policies, and industry best practices .
Oversee pre-boarding, onboarding, and background verification (BGV) processes , ensuring timely execution and communication.
Manage employee records, track leaves in HRMS , and handle exit formalities, including resignation processing and clearance .
Address compensation, benefits, and employee relations queries , ensuring swift and effective resolution.
Drive employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and retention strategies .
Collect employee feedback , analyze satisfaction metrics , and implement HR interventions for a positive work culture .
Deliver training programs for employees and managers on new HR processes and tools .
Define and track KPIs to measure HR process effectiveness and continuously improve operations.
Generate HR reports & dashboards for senior management insights and decision-making.
Oversee travel arrangements, office administration, and vendor coordination for operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Master s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field .
Minimum 12 years of HR experience with expertise in HR operations & business partnering in IT/Tech companies in India .
Strong knowledge of Indian HR policies, labor laws, and statutory compliances .
Hands-on experience in HRIS implementation and management .
Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Strong stakeholder management & communication skills with an ability to influence at all levels.
Proficiency in HRMS platforms, data analytics, and process automation tools .
