Key Responsibilities:
Strategy and Vision:
- Develop product roadmaps and define priorities with senior leaders.
- Translate strategic visions into actionable product features.
- Drive alignment through planning sessions and maintain a prioritized backlog.
Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market and user research to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Analyze trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to refine strategies.
- Track and report key performance metrics for success.
Product Development and Execution:
- Partner with engineering teams to deliver high-quality product features.
- Write user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
- Support agile processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Ensure deliverables meet user needs and align with company objectives.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Be the central contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Define go-to-market strategies with marketing and sales teams.
- Gather feedback from demos and improve products continuously.
- Communicate effectively to address roadblocks and align priorities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in a technical or business field (advanced degree preferred).
7+ years of experience, with 3+ years in product management for SaaS or US healthcare products.
Proficiency in agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Rally, Aha).Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
Exceptional communication skills for diverse audiences.Knowledge of user-centered design principles and tools like Figma.
Proven track record of delivering results in a dynamic environment.
7+ years of experience, with 3+ years in product management for SaaS or US healthcare products.
