About the Role:

As our Product Development Manager (PDM), you will be at the forefront of our product strategy, guiding teams from conception to launch. You will collaborate with stakeholders, harness market insights, and develop market-leading solutions that resonate with our customers. This is not just a job. Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy & Planning:

- Collaborate with senior management and market research teams to define the product vision and roadmap.

- Conduct in-depth market analyses to identify opportunities and trends that will shape our product direction.

- Prioritize feature development based on customer needs and strategic business goals.

2. Cross-Functional Leadership:

- Lead and inspire cross-functional teams of product managers, engineers, designers, and marketers to achieve product development success.

- Cultivate a creative and collaborative environment that encourages innovation and teamwork.

- Ensure all teams are aligned on goals, roles, and responsibilities.

3. Product Development Execution:

- Oversee the complete product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements and specifications.

- Conduct regular reviews to monitor progress and proactively address challenges.

4. Stakeholder Management:

- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives and customers.

- Communicate product updates and gather feedback to inform ongoing development efforts.

- Ensure transparency and alignment through effective communication.

5. Product Launch & Go-to-Market Strategy:

- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies that drive product adoption and market penetration.

- Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to orchestrate successful product launches and initiatives.

- Analyze product performance post-launch, using insights to refine strategies and drive growth.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

- 5-8 years of proven experience in product management or development with a successful track record therefore candidate should have overall 12+ yr

- Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to navigate a matrix
organization.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to influence and negotiate across all levels.

- Proficient in product management principles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, JIRA).

- Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and analytical prowess.

- Experience in technology or software product development is a plus!
