Objective of the Role:

As a Technical Lead, you will play a critical role in our development team, blending individual contributions with leadership responsibilities. You will work closely with architects and business analysts to ensure the successful implementation of technical solutions while addressing any obstacles that the team may encounter. Additionally, you will facilitate communication between the development team and senior stakeholders, including product owners and managers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design & Technical Analysis: Collaborate with architects on design strategies and overall project analysis to ensure a robust technical foundation.

- Feature Estimation: Provide accurate estimations for feature development to streamline sprint planning.

- Team Support: Ensure your team has the necessary guidance and resources to excel in their daily tasks.

- Proactive Identification: Recognize and communicate potential technical changes proactively to mitigate project impact.

- Mentorship: Mentor team members to adhere to coding standards and promote high-quality code delivery.

- Quality Assurance: Uphold quality assurance standards, maintaining our commitment to excellence in development processes.

- Code Ownership: Assume full ownership of the code repository, overseeing version control and comprehensive documentation.

- Code Review: Conduct thorough code reviews, validating releases in partnership with the architect.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Communication Skills: Foster transparency and keep stakeholders updated on project progress.

- Technical Proficiency: Conduct initial technical assessments and support story point validation during sprint planning.

- Domain Knowledge: Quickly translate functional requirements into actionable tasks while collaborating with product owners.

- Leadership & Mentoring: Guide the team in evolving into a self-driven, agile unit ready to tackle challenges.

- Decision-Making Skills: Collaborate with the product owner and stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.
