Position: Regional Head - Sales
Grade: Senior Manager
Department: Sales, Service & Spares
Reporting To: Chief of Sales, Service & Spares
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive regional sales strategy, market share growth, and mitigate risks through data-driven insights.
- Establish and refine sales metrics, quality systems, and review processes across geographies.
- Lead channel strategies, dealer selection, and sustainable partnerships to expand network reach.
- Enhance customer service excellence through innovative policies and programs, ensuring first-time-right service delivery.
- Align sales and service teams with organizational goals and foster strong channel engagement.
- Utilize financial acumen to train sales teams and optimize retail and funding partnerships.
Requirements:
- Education: MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree in Sales/Marketing from premium institutes (Tier 1 or Tier 2) such as IIMs, XLRI, ISB, FMS, Symbiosis, IMT, or other top-tier business schools is preferred.
- Experience: 12-17 years in sales leadership roles.
- Skills: Strong strategic, analytical, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Language Proficiency: English and Hindi/Regional languages.
- Travel: Frequent travel required.
