Strategic Sales Leadership

Team Leadership
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team specializing in RPO and permanent hiring solutions.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and client-centricity within the sales team.
- Monitor performance metrics and ensure the team meets or exceeds targets.
Client Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key enterprise clients, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
- Understand client needs deeply and customize recruitment solutions to deliver value.
- Drive account growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Market Analysis & Insights
- Stay updated on market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in recruitment.
- Provide actionable insights to the leadership team for strategic decision-making.
- Develop and share thought leadership content to establish credibility in the enterprise recruitment space.
Financial Management
- Own the P&L for the enterprise sales vertical, ensuring profitable growth.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and regular performance reports for the leadership team.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience:
- 12+ years of experience in sales or business development, with a strong focus on RPO and permanent recruitment.
- Proven track record of building and scaling enterprise sales teams.
- Strong network of contacts in HR and talent acquisition functions across industries.
Skills:
- Deep understanding of RPO models, permanent recruitment strategies, and the talent solutions market.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship management abilities.
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills with a consultative approach to sales.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven decision-making.
Education - Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field; MBA preferred.
