Our backend infrastructure is primarily built using Node.js (NestJS), with components in Golang. We utilize PostgreSQL and Redis for data management and caching, ensuring a robust and scalable system. For our real-time communication features, we leverage mediasoup, a cutting-edge WebRTC technology.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer - Backend to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing scalable APIs, designing microservices, and collaborating closely with our DevOps team to ensure seamless deployment and maintenance. A significant aspect of this role involves working with mediasoup to enhance our real-time communication capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services using NestJS and Golang.
• Design and implement scalable APIs and microservices architecture.
• Collaborate with DevOps for seamless CI/CD pipeline integrations.
• Design, maintain, and optimize PostgreSQL databases and Redis caches.
• Implement and maintain Docker containers and Kubernetes deployments.
• Integrate and manage mediasoup for real-time communication features.
• Work closely with frontend teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in backend development.
• Proficiency in Node.js (NestJS) and Golang.
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with WebSockets and WebRTC; familiarity with mediasoup is a significant plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in cloud-native application development.
• Familiarity with DevOps processes and tools.
