Job Title: Regional Nodal Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Grievances Handling: Design and implement regional strategies in line with bank policy. Adapt to BO programs and campaigns.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with BO officials, business leaders, and other stakeholders. Facilitate meetings to resolve the issues amicably
- Monitoring and Evaluation: Develop metrics and evaluation frameworks to assess program impact. Conduct regular branch visits to ensure compliance with standards and policies.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare comprehensive reports on complaints, conduct RCA and challenges, and make presentations. Document best practices and lessons learned to inform future initiatives.
- Training and Capacity Building: Organize training sessions and workshops for local teams to enhance skills and knowledge. Provide ongoing support and mentorship to local staff and volunteers.
- Resource Allocation and Management: Oversee budget planning and expenditure for regional programs. Identify funding opportunities and assist in proposal writing.
- Crisis Management and Problem-Solving: Address issues and challenges as they arise, providing timely solutions and support to local teams. Implement contingency plans in response to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.
- Policy Advocacy: Advocate for policy changes at the regional level to support program goals. Keep abreast of local, state, and national policies affecting program areas.
Qualifications:
- Education: A bachelors or masters degree in public administration, social sciences, management, or a related field.
- Experience: Several years of experience in program management, preferably in a regional or local government context.
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Leadership and team-building capabilities.
Proficiency in data management and reporting tools.
