Regional Sales Manager -Tiles/Sanitaryware

Job description

• Responsible for Sales of Tiles from the assigned State and achievement of individual as well as team targets Establish sales objectives by preparing a monthly budget.
• Appoint and develop new dealers
• Initiate visits, address enquiries and regular follow up with Projects, architects and builders.
• Accountable for product wise Sales target for Volume and Value.
• Needs to have good knowledge of Dealer Schemes and well versed in discounts and pricing
• Networking skills to ensure continuous customer interaction with a view to set the brand presence in the market place.

Experience

At least 10-15 Years of experience in Selling Building Materials through Dealers in any reputed organisation with a minimum of 5 years experience in Tiles. Prefer backgrounds from building materials like Paints, Bath fittings, Tiles, Sanitary ware etc
