Coordination between employees and employer is very good.

Nowadays Neycer is new brand products although Neycer was a good brand before 10-15 years ago,due to operational issue it was invisible in Sanitaryware sector.so it is too difficult to promote.

Oustanding at Neycer, Youngest and vital person to hold "Chief Ceramist" in, IDBI had specifically insisted to appoint me at Universal to consider financial rewival of the industry which was 'sick'.I brought Universal not only to the profit levels but also a number one industry in Sales.
