Regional Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to oversee sales operations in the assigned regions. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in FMCG sales, excellent team management skills, and in-depth knowledge of the local market.

Locations & Headquarters:

1. Madhya Pradesh & Gujarat (HQ: Indore)
2. Maharashtra & Chhattisgarh (HQ: Mumbai)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
• Manage and lead a team of Area Sales Managers (ASM) and Territory Sales Managers (TSM).
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders.
• Ensure effective execution of sales and promotional activities.
• Drive primary and secondary sales growth, ensuring revenue and profitability targets are met.
• Provide training, coaching, and motivation to the sales team to enhance performance.
• Expand market presence by identifying new business opportunities.
• Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
• Ensure smooth coordination between sales, marketing, and supply chain teams.

Key Requirements:

• Any Graduate
• 7-10 years of experience in FMCG sales, with a minimum of 4-5 years as ASM/TSM.
• Strong leadership and team-handling skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the local market and geography.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
• Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
