Currently we have a opening for the position of Regional Sales Manager (2nd Line) at Mumbai/ Nagpur HQ with our Ortho Segment.

Below would be the Job Responsibilities of the desired candidate:

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitoring And Controlling Sales & Marketing Activities
• Training To The Field Staff Effectively
• Conceptualizing And Developing Product Positioning Primary and secondary sales
• Ensuring consistency in sales Preparing deliverables and targets for all team members
• Driving team members to achievement of targets in line with the activities, focus areas of the organization
• Sales Forecasting at monthly and quarterly level Managing CFA Ensuring timely reporting through team in company prescribed formats
• Involvement in the competency based recruitment process and coordinate with RSM, ZSM, GM, and Zonal HR for the same
