Regional Sales Manager

Job description

• Should have Experience in medical device or any healthcare industry and should be RSM/SM with regional level exposure
• Design, implement and facilitate annual sales plan as per the budget.
• Responsible for revenue generation as per the monthly / quarterly / annual budget.
• Sales forecasting, pricing, key account management.
• Expand, maintain and grow regional distribution network.
• Monitor and analyses the various sales reports from the team.
• Plan and co-ordinate with commercial and factory to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide timely information / recommendation to the management on market / new strategies and have regular meetings and interactions with important customers nation-wide.
• Train/ Develop & monitor the team members.
• Responsible for any other job which management has assigned on time to time bases
• Develop Channel Distribution strategy and also ensure timely follow up from dealers on a regular basis.
• Responsible for successfully executing strategies.
