Regional Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager / Sales Manager

• Experienced in Mortgage industry-Homeloan & Lap sourcing
• Indirect Channel experience is preffered , DSA /Connectors
• Drive the overall sales strategy for the region to achieve business targets for Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and related mortgage products.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals and indirect channel partners (DSAs, connectors) to achieve sales goals.
• Develop and execute tactical plans for customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

Channel Management:

• Build and nurture strong relationships with DSAs (Direct Selling Agents), connectors, and other indirect channel partners to expand the distribution network.
• Provide training, support, and guidance to DSAs/partners on product offerings, selling techniques, and market trends.
• Monitor and evaluate channel performance and take corrective actions where necessary.

Business Development & Lead Generation:

• Identify new business opportunities and lead generation strategies to maximize home loan and LAP sourcing in the region.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design effective lead-generation campaigns.
• Conduct market analysis and competitor research to spot emerging trends and capitalize on growth opportunities.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Maintain and enhance relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Address customer queries and ensure a smooth loan origination and processing experience.
• Work closely with the credit and operations team to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer journey.

Target Setting & Reporting:

• Set regional sales targets for both individual sales team members and channel partners.
• Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and generate regular sales reports.
• Provide leadership with periodic updates on market conditions, competitive landscape, and performance metrics.

Compliance & Risk Management:

• Ensure adherence to regulatory and company policies during loan origination, processing, and disbursement.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure that all sales and business activities comply with industry regulations.
