Regional Sales Manager - Loans (Fixed + Incentive)

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, particularly in the real estate and SME debt syndication sectors. This role will focus on building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders such as builders, developers, Business Forums, Industrial Chambers, and professionals like Chartered Accountants (CAs) and Architects. The primary goal will be to drive business growth and achieve strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to foster business development within the real estate and SME debt syndication sectors.
• Establish and maintain relationships with builders, developers, CAs, architects, and other key stakeholders to identify new business opportunities.
• Visit builder projects to gather data and understand client needs.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings with SASP partners and clients, including promoters and/or key decision-makers.
• Represent the company at federation meetings and develop partnerships for sourcing clients.
• Visit industrial areas to source SME / Corporate customers in manufacturing, trading, etc.
• Engage in sales and marketing activities for business loans, home loans, and all other types of loans.

Qualifications:

• Education: MBA or equivalent.
• Experience: 1 to 1.5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the real estate or loan industry.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Proactive approach to business development.
• Preferred: Experience in real estate or SME debt syndication.
• Additional Preference: Female candidates are preferred.
