About the role
The Regional Head will own the entire South region sales and P&L.
His major responsibilities will include:
- Delivering on Sales Objectives
- Ensuring regular Market/ Dealer Connect
- Designing and implementing marketing and Promotional schemes
- Delivering on CAC and P&L objectives
Skill set required for the Role :
1. Team Building & Management: Ability to hire, train and lead a large team handling multiple KRA's and Ability to train & create right processes around team training
2. Strategic Planning & Forecasting: Developing and implementing effective sales plans to meet business objectives & setting realistic sales targets.
3. Effective written as well as verbal communication & presentation skills to align Team for Business Objectives.
4. Individual Sales Acumen - Should have done Individual Sales at some point of time in his career to have empathy towards Sales team and think about processes & targets from their point of view
6. Tech Savvy/Flexible - Complete understanding of Sales Tools & Products. Additionally, the candidate must be flexible for tech based products as Our Internal and
Experience Required:
1. 8-12 years of experience in managing a distributor-led sales business (100Cr + Monthly Revenue/GMV) for a Geographical Cluster/Region. Must have handled 2 States
2. Must have built and led a large team (10-50) of ASMs/ Key Account Managers.
3. Experienced with Distribution Models involving distributor led sales involving primary, secondary and tertiary sales targets
4. The Candidate must also have relevant experience with Financial planning and P&L driven planning. Must have optimized Sales plan around CAC and Sales Productivity.
5. Must have worked and Managed team through efficient CRM tools and should have leveraged the data to make Sales Decisions
