Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for whole Andhra Pradesh region
• Responsible for handle the team of Cluster Sales Head
• Responsible for executing effective marketing strategies.
• To increase sales in the assigned territory.
• To generate business and promote the brand in the market.
• To be a good team player and self-motivated.
• Ensure that client's demands are captured, understood, agreed, delivered which creates a positive perception to the client.
• Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
• Willing to travel in field and interact with customers.
• Sourcing/generating gold loan business from open market.
• Work in close collaboration with Cluster Head for targeting new avenues for business.
• Building a strong relationship with the sales team of the Bank channel partners.

Candidate Requirement:-

• Should have minimum7 Years of experience in Gold Loan industry.
• Should have Experience in Sales.
• Should have experience in team handling.
