Job Title: Regional Head - MF and Insurance

Location: Mumbai (Andheri East)

Key Responsibilities:

• To ensure that all branches in the region achieve targets for revenue and sub broker acquisition for Mutual Funds/Insurance/ WMS products.
• To promote cross selling to Sub Broker and add value to the High Net worth Sub Broker.
• To ensure overall profitability of the region including the franchisees across all WMS products.
• To analyse and continuously monitor performance of the team.
• Create strategy to achieve team targets.
• To constantly engage with franchisees to generate business.
• To budget the requisition for manpower planning, to ensure the training needs are met, Manage attrition at branch levels.
• To personally monitor all complaints and ensure adherence to solutions within stipulated timeline and escalate through proper channels.
• To strategies new initiatives and make sure of the implementation at regional level
• To Conducting webinar / seminar on different financial products for SB/Clients/Team

Who you are:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Sales or related fields (MBA preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in sales in MF/Insurance in leadership roles within the fintech or financial services industry.
• Deep understanding of Mutual Fund and insurance products, with a strong grasp of fintech/ financial services business models and market trends.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving business growth.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of working with internal teams and external partners.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a focus on innovation and customer satisfaction.
