Purpose:

Lead the development and delivery of IT & Data Tech and leadership/management training programs, focusing on customized B2B solutions, program delivery, vendor management, and pre-sales. Drive innovation and ensure alignment with industry needs to position Regenesys as a leader in corporate education.


Key Responsibilities:

1. IT & Data Tech Training Leadership:
   Design and deliver training in AI, ML, Big Data, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, and Data Analytics, integrating the latest technologies.
2. Customized B2B Product Development:
   Create tailored solutions for corporate clients addressing skill gaps and delivering measurable outcomes.
3. Program Management:
   Ensure high-quality execution of corporate education programs with focus on client satisfaction and measurable success.
4. Vendor & Stakeholder Management:
   Build strong relationships with partners, manage contracts, and streamline operations.
5. Pre-Sales & Business Development:
   Support sales by identifying client needs, crafting proposals, and driving B2B growth.
6. Strategic Leadership & Innovation:
   Develop strategies to enhance Regenesyss market position, stay updated on trends, and mentor a high-performing team.

Qualification & Skill Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Technology or Business (Masters/PhD preferred).
• 1520+ years in corporate education, IT training, or leadership development with a strong B2B focus.
• Expertise in IT domains and program management, excellent stakeholder management, and strategic thinking.

Skills and Competencies:

• Deep understanding of IT and Data Technology domains, including AI, Machine Learning, Big Data, and Cybersecurity.
• Highly skilled in program management, with a proven track record of delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Demonstrates expertise in designing and implementing scalable B2B learning solutions, combining a strategic mindset with a profound understanding of B2B dynamics and client-centric approaches.
• Possesses exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, enabling seamless collaboration across diverse teams and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Strong in crafting innovative solutions that drive organizational growth and deliver tangible value to clients.
