Facilitator - Digital Marketing

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Facilitator to lead and mentor students in our upskilling courses. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing, hands-on experience with industry tools, and a passion for teaching. This role involves guiding learners through theoretical and practical aspects of digital marketing, fostering an interactive and engaging learning environment, and providing students with the skills needed to excel in the ever-evolving digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate digital marketing courses for students across various professional levels, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of key concepts.
• Deliver engaging and interactive sessions on topics including SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, social media marketing digital advertising and others.
• Design and deliver course material, activities, and assessments that meet learning outcomes.
• Provide personalized feedback and mentorship to students, helping them develop practical skills in digital marketing.
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into course material to ensure relevancy and application.
• Collaborate with the academic and curriculum development teams to enhance the course content as needed.
• Use and demonstrate AI tools to enhance digital marketing strategies (advantageous).
• Facilitate real-world digital marketing projects and case studies, enabling students to apply their learning practically.
• Monitor student progress and provide guidance to improve their skills and knowledge.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Masters degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
• Proven experience as a facilitator, trainer, or lecturer in the Higher Education environment.
• Expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and CRM platforms like HubSpot.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and copywriting skills.
• Ability to convey complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Experience leveraging AI tools in digital marketing campaigns (advantageous).

Preferred Skills:

• Demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate, and guide students or teams.
• Experience with emerging digital marketing trends and tools.
