Head - Artificial Intelligence (10-14 yrs)

- We are looking for an experienced and visionary Head of AI to lead our AI and Machine Learning initiatives.

- This role will be pivotal in driving innovation and developing advanced AI solutions, with a strong focus on Machine Learning and Computer Vision.

- The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building and implementing AI models and a proven track record of leading technical teams in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the AI team to design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models and computer vision solutions.

- Drive AI strategy and roadmap, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to align AI initiatives with business goals.

- Develop scalable AI architectures, optimizing for performance and accuracy across diverse applications.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and frameworks, particularly in Machine Learning and Computer Vision.

- Mentor and guide team members to foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.

Key Skills And Qualifications:

- 5-8 years of experience in AI and Machine Learning, with demonstrated expertise in Computer Vision.

- Strong proficiency in machine learning frameworks and libraries (e. , TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV).

- Experience developing computer vision applications such as image classification, object detection, and segmentation.

- In-depth knowledge of ML algorithms, model training, evaluation, and optimization.

- Experience with large-scale data processing, data architecture, and cloud platforms (e., AWS, GCP, or Azure).

- Proven experience leading and managing technical teams in AI or related fields.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's or Ph. in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Familiarity with deep learning and reinforcement learning techniques.
