We are looking for an enthusiastic Full-cycle AEto join our early team to drive strong pipeline creation to scale the impact. They have just raised $2. 8mn in seed round from renowned global investors to grow the company to the next stage.

Position Summary :

We are searching for a Head of AI with leadership flair. The right individual is a healthcare enthusiast, keen on using AI to tackle significant challenges in the industry. They will be leading the AI efforts and will work closely with the co-founders. Will be responsible for building out the core components of the product, growing and building out the engineering team and taking the product to the next level.

Key Responsibilities :

- Enhancing existing systems and building new ones from scratch by yourself and/or by leading other engineers.

- Creating new APIs (along with proper documentations) from scratch.

- Cultivating a culture of engineering excellence.

- Recruitment of top-tier talent.

- Identifying optimum third-party tools and services for build-outs, serving as a tech spokesperson during talks with partners.

- Leading and stimulating a high-performing engineering team.

- Experience leading engineering teams is a big plus.
