Job Description:
MarketStar is looking for an experienced Program Manager to launch and manage client customer success programs to represent our client as they continue their successful expansion into the US market mainly the Northam & the Canadian market. As the Program Manager, you ll demonstrate an exceptional ability to execute processes, programs, and tools that drive the continued success of customers while enabling scale, providing professional development for the team and building a world-class Customer Success function. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of leading teams that delight customers, improve brand loyalty and accelerate revenue within a rapidly growing business.
Your responsibility will be to create winning campaigns and outreach strategies, and qualify potential clients with the latest qualification methodologies to showcase how our client can transform their business to ultimately create sale qualified opportunities to drive value for internal Google stakeholders. This role will cover the UK Enterprise markets with a broad range of industries, with potential to expand to cover other regions.
