Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and industrious Office Cum Field Sales Executive to drive sales growth, expand our customer base, and strengthen our presence in the industrial packaging industry. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and sales skills, a strong background in industrial sales, and the ability to navigate both office and field environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the industrial packaging sector

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and opportunities

- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and resolving issues promptly

- Collaborate with internal teams, including production and logistics, to ensure seamless order fulfillment

- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other performance metrics as required

- Travel to client sites, industry events, and conferences to promote our products and services

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in the packaging or plastics industry

- Strong understanding of the industrial packaging industry, including market trends, competitors, and customer needs

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and CRM software

- Ability to work in both office and field environments, with frequent travel (up to 50%)

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, engineering)
