1) Role hiring for: Accounts Payable

Work Location : Perungalathur

Experience : 3 - 7 Years

B.Com is must

Mode : Work from office

Roles & Responsibility:

• Maintain accurate accounts payable records
• Execution of vendor payments.
• Other bank-related transactions.
• Resolve payment discrepancies
• Manage daily transactions
• Manages the communication between Vendors/Banks
• BRS
• Vendor Reconciliation
• Reporting

2) Role hiring for: Business Finance

Work Location : Perungalathur

Experience : 1-2 Years

CA/CMA Qualified

Mode : Work from office

Immediate to 15 days

Requirements:

❖ Excellent in Written & Oral communication

❖ Minimum 1+ Years of Experience into Financial Planning & Analysis & MIS

❖ Knowledge of SAP

❖ CA Qualified / CMA Qualified

Roles & Responsibility:

1. Understanding of Rebate programs and incentive letters from Vendors
2. Follow-up and obtain copies of programs from BO/Vendor whenever required
3. Periodical tracking and monitoring of programs and update performance to BU heads
4. Maintenance of data in shared folders (debit notes, credit notes, pending rebates, etc)
5. Raising debit notes / invoice with Vendors (marketing development fund, sellout & sell-in rebate, price protection, etc)
6. Claim computation during end of program period and submission of claim with Vendors on time with 100% accuracy
7. Follow-up with Vendors for payout / CNs .
8. Preparation of product group gross margin report (MIS report)
9. Passing of necessary entries in SAP and subsequent allocations
10. Reconciliation of both data (RGF & Vendor) with final payout and escalate in case of any discrepancy
11. Age analysis of receivables and follow-up for payout
12. Preparation of schedule of receivables for audit review.

3) Role hiring for: Outbound Operations
Work Location : Perungalathur

Experience : 1- 7 Years

Mode : Work from office

Requirements:

• Excellent in Written & Oral communication
• Experience in SAP SD.
• Any Graduation.

Roles & Responsibility:

• Responsible to create Quotations and Sales Orders
• Release Sales Orders by the cut off timing
• Adhere to Sales / Product instructions on allocation, Substitute part numbers
• Initiate stock movement orders
• Inventory blocking and unblocking as per Sales requests
• Handling emails and queries
• Meet Productivity and maintain defined quality levels
• Adherence to compliance at workplace.

4) Role hiring for: Accounts Receivable

Work Location : Perungalathur

Experience : 1-3 Years

Mode : Work from office

Immediate - 15 days

Requirements

• Experience in entry posting
• Allocations, Bank reconciliation statement
