Your Experience
Proven success in recruiting candidates at all levels including Entry to Director levels within a hyper-growth environment
Development of partnerships with senior executives, internally and externally with a high level of proficiency and effectiveness
Solid knowledge of corporate business operations and the ability to translate business needs into recruitment strategies and actions
Possesses high competencies in thinking strategically in as well as communication/interpersonal skills
Proven ability to influence and drive a full-cycle recruitment process
Demonstrable knowledge and expertise in advanced talent search methodology
