Senior Golang Developer with Python Expertise (Go Tech)
Remote Position
Key Responsibilities:
Experience Required: Minimum 4+ years working with Python and Golang.

Modernize Codebase:

Implement Observability Stack:
Utilize tools like tracers to gain deep insights into system performance and facilitate quick incident responses.
Champion Quality & Maintainability:
o Introduce load testing to enhance system robustness.
o Foster a culture of thorough and effective code documentation.
o Maintain code quality through code reviews and refactoring.
Collaboration:
Align frontend and backend deployment strategies for seamless performance and scalability.
Modernize Database Management (Microsoft SQL Server):
o Address high index fragmentation and slow query issues.
o Optimize database performance.
o Reduce reliance on stored procedures to enhance visibility into database operations.
Evaluate and Optimize API Design:
Streamline integration patterns to minimize overhead and improve performance.
Introduce Caching Mechanisms:
Reduce database load and improve performance through smart caching solutions.
Improve Code Linter Rules:
Enhance code standards and address false positives efficiently.
Create End-to-End Documentation:
Develop comprehensive E2E documentation to support workflows and processes.
