Key Responsibilities:.

Provider Partnerships & Networking:.

- Develop and manage partnerships across PAN India.

- Handle empanelment, compliance audits, and mystery shopping activities.

- Strengthen relationships with healthcare providers to ensure seamless service delivery.

Operational Management:.

- Oversee marketing and operations for clusters, including corporate referrals and neighborhood clinics.

- Monitor and control operational workflows for improved efficiency.

- Conduct training sessions and provide motivation to ensure team performance.

Compliance & Quality Assurance:.

- Ensure adherence to organizational and industry standards.

- Implement mystery shopping and audit procedures to identify areas for improvement.
