Financial Controller

KRA'S:

- Ensure compliances with accounting practices, company policies and procedures and legal regulations

- Manage treasury and all banking relationships

- Ensure accounting information is correct and compliant

- Reporting a periodic MIS & Variances for all key metrics

- Ensure income and costs are accounted and tracked correctly

- Frame & Monitor financial policies, SOPs and reporting standards to ensure accurate and up to date information

- Driving Internal and Statutory audits for the group

- Identify and assess financial risks and implement appropriate risk mitigation strategies.

- Establish and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.

- Oversee Profit and Loss (P&L) statements, analysing variances and implementing corrective actions.

- Drive cost control initiatives to optimize operational efficiency.

- Monitor compliance to agreements and reports on any variations and deviations.

- Ensure regional offices provide Timely information & Reports

- Responsible for commercial controls and compliance across all branches

- Preparation of cash flow forecasts

- Automation in finance function to bring efficiency and eliminate human errors.

- Transformation of finance function from traditional function to modern

- Working with Management to create and track key business parameters / metrics

Experience, Education & Competencies:

- Chartered Accountant

- Have at least 9 to 12 years of experience in Accounts and Finance

- At least 3 years as a Finance Controller / Finance Head in a growing startup / services firm (Experience in Healthcare / Diagnostics is a great plus)

- Must have experience in creating AOP, Planning, Forecasting, Budgeting, Auditing

- Have experience in optimizing financial processes & Controls in a multilocation structure

- Well-versed with setting up SOPs around contracts, vendors, budget utilization and daily cash flow practices

- Have strong personality, great communication and leadership skills

- Must be a young person with High Energy and Dynamic in nature.

- Be currently from Delhi NCR or willing to relocate.
