Institutional Sales - PSU/Govt Projects || Diagnostic

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage with key stakeholders in CGHS, ECHS, and Ayushman Bharat schemes, including hospitals, clinics, and government officials.
• Drive sales and partnerships by promoting company services under these government schemes.
• Develop and maintain relationships with empaneled hospitals and diagnostic centers.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance for smooth onboarding and execution of government health schemes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate service delivery, claims processing, and issue resolution.
• Conduct presentations, meetings, and training sessions to educate stakeholders about the benefits and process of these schemes.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and government policy changes related to the healthcare sector.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or government healthcare projects.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of government healthcare schemes such as CGHS, ECHS, and Ayushman Bharat.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
