As a Branch Manager at our esteemed Red & White education institute, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning and growth of our branch. You will be responsible for overseeing all operational, administrative, and academic activities within the branch premises. Your leadership skills and strategic thinking will be instrumental in achieving our organizational objectives and maintaining high standards of educational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the branch team.
• Oversee day-to-day operations.
• Ensure academic excellence and successful placements.
• Lead Generation and External marketing initiatives.
• Foster student engagement and support.
• Drive branch development and growth.
• Manage financial aspects of the branch.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven leadership experience in educational management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strategic thinking and business acumen.
• Salary Upto - 5.5LPA
• Location - Surat - Vesu, Varachha, A.K Road, Ved Road.
