Product Manager

You'll join a small product team and have a key role in shaping our organization and identity.
You'll build meaningful products aimed at helping businesses of all sizes grow on their own terms.
We have a strong culture of design thinking and your role will involve working with multiple stakeholders in shaping our organization.
You'll have strong ownership over your projects, as well as the entire product roadmap. We have a team culture of very high autonomy, almost no bureaucracy.
You'll work very closely with the engineering and design team to push out features that our users love.
Tools

We use Jira, Confluence, and Figma for pretty much everything.

Requirements
3+ years experience in product management
We want strong problem solvers - who don't obsess over solutions but on the problems we are trying to solve for our users.
Work experience in the Fintech industry is a plus.
MBA (preferred) and B.Tech from tier 1 colleges.
Highly polished in critical thinking skills and ability to relentless prioritize in the problem and solution space.
Deep empathy for users and strong drive to deliver features and experiences that your users love and advocate.
Ownership mentality: comfortable owning entire features, and ability to work with stakeholders across the company to make sure that the team achieve their goals.
History of shipping: ability to ship products end-to-end in reasonable time frames. Ideally, a track record of working on live products.
