Product Manager
Description:
- You'll join a small product team and have a key role in shaping our organization and identity.
- You'll build meaningful products aimed at helping businesses of all sizes grow on their own terms.
- We have a strong culture of design thinking and your role will involve working with multiple stakeholders in shaping our organization.
- You'll have strong ownership over your projects, as well as the entire product roadmap. We have a team culture of very high autonomy, almost no bureaucracy.
- You'll work very closely with the engineering and design team to push out features that our users love.

- We use Jira, Confluence, and Figma for pretty much everything.
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in product management.
- We want strong problem solvers - who don't obsess over solutions but on the problems we are trying to solve for our users.
- Work experience in the Fintech industry is a plus.
- MBA (preferred) and B.Tech from tier 1 colleges.
- Highly polished in critical thinking skills and ability to relentless prioritize in the problem and solution space.
- Deep empathy for users and strong drive to deliver features and experiences that your users love and advocate.
- Ownership mentality: comfortable owning entire features, and ability to work with stakeholders across the company to make sure that the team achieve their goals.
- History of shipping: ability to ship products end-to-end in reasonable time frames. Ideally, a track record of working on live products.
- You're interested in helping founders around the world unlock growth in a better way.
