Recur Club - Senior Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Engineer - Data Science (5-8 yrs)

Your Role :

As a Senior AI/ML Engineer, you will lead the design and development of AI models and pipelines that power our financial automation.

You'll work closely with Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, and Generative AI technologies to empower our mission of building India's largest AI-native debt marketplace.

What You'll Do :

- Design and deploy AI models for automating credit scoring, risk management, and fraud detection.

- Develop Generative AI solutions to enhance data analysis, customer interactions, and personalized financial recommendations.

- Build Agentic AI workflows for creating autonomous lending operations that can make informed decisions with minimal human intervention.

- Extract insights from financial documents using advanced NLP, LLMs, and machine learning techniques.

- Build scalable AI pipelines for real-time decision-making in lending.

- Collaborate with product teams to refine AI-driven credit assessment tools.

- Stay ahead of industry trends in Agentic AI and Generative AI, ensuring solutions comply with data security and ethical standards.

What We're Looking For :

- 5-8 years of experience in AI/ML, with a focus on scalable model deployment.

- Expertise in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

- Hands-on experience with NLP, text processing, LLMs, and large datasets.

- Experience with Generative AI models and understanding of Agentic AI systems.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.

- Experience in MLOps and cloud platforms (preferably AWS, SageMaker).

- Clear communicator who can work across teams and stakeholders.

Bonus Points :

- Master's/Ph.D in Computer Science, NLP, AI, or a related field.

- Experience with PineCone, OpenSearch for semantic search and embeddings.

- Knowledge of financial services, credit scoring, or fintech-specific NLP challenges.

- Familiarity with Agentic AI applications in fintech.

- Experience with Generative AI frameworks like GPT-4 or similar models
