Business Development Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Site Visits and Data Collection:
  
• Conduct site visits to designated RE locations during the first week of every month.
  
• Collect Load Survey Data (LSD) from on-site equipment.
  
• Data Management and Portal Updates:
  
• Upload the collected LSD into the designated portal.
  
• Consolidate additional LSD received from generators via email and ensure timely uploads.
  
• B-Form Collection and Submission:
  
• Coordinate with generators to obtain B-forms via email every month.
  
• Review, compile, and submit the B-forms to KA-SLDC as per the monthly schedule.
  
• Coordination and Compliance:
  
• Maintain consistent communication with generators to ensure timely receipt of required data and forms.
  
• Ensure adherence to KA-SLDC reporting guidelines and timelines.
  
• Documentation and Reporting:
  
• Maintain accurate records of all collected data and submitted forms.
  
• Prepare periodic reports to summarize activities and ensure audit readiness.

Preferred candidate profile

Educational Qualification:

B. Tech /BE/-Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Energy Only

• Very good communication skills
• Good at Excel and other analytical tools
