Job Description
We are looking for an Assistant Manager of Sales for our Kerala location. This individual will play a crucial role in driving sales initiatives, managing client relationships, and supporting the overall sales strategy for our organization in this region.
Business Development:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Recliners / Motion furniture sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Develop strategies to increase sales and market share.
Institutional Sales:
- Drive sales growth through institutional sales channels.
- Manage and grow relationships with institutional clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with institutional buyers.
Outbound Sales:
- Proactively reach out to potential clients to generate sales leads.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
Customer Visits:
- Visit customer locations and middlemen to understand their requirements.
- Provide personalized solutions to meet customer needs.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Other Requirements:
- Must own a two-wheeler and be ready to travel for client meetings and visits.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational and time management skills.

Qualification: Minimum Graduate
Experience: 3+ years (Prior experience in the furniture industry preferred)
Languages Required: Hindi, English
