Executive - Telesales (1-5 yrs)

Location: Noida

Shift Timing: 9 AM to 9 PM, 7 days a week (rotational shift)

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers.

- Promote and sell products/services over the phone.

- Achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Maintain detailed records of interactions and sales activities.

- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries.

Requirements:

Experience:

- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience is mandatory

- Online telesales and Offline sales experience, preferably in consumer durables

Education: Graduate or Undergraduate degree

Skills:

- Typing speed of 30 WPM with 90% accuracy.

- Excellent verbal and written skills in Hindi and English.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
