Job Title: Team Leader

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader - Sales from BPO industry to lead and manage the sales operations for our esteemed client. This role is critical in aligning our process with operational goals, improving efficiency, and ensuring we meet our strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background handling Operations in BPO industry preferably handling a pharmaceutical sales process or BFSI process and operations management with excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Thorough understanding of BPO metrics.
• In-depth knowledge of Attrition, Shrinkage, ACHT, NPS, SLA, and Repeat.
• Expertise in BPO operations and ability to train and manage team members effectively.
• Proficiency in Excel for performance-related reporting.
• Strong time management, leadership, and decision-making skills.

Qualifications & Experience

• To apply for the OPS Team Leader position, candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of experience as an Assistant Manager in sales operations_ BPO Preferably handling a pharmaceutical process or BFSI process.

Education: Bachelor's degree or master's degree.

• Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Excel, and other sales tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
