Job Description

Role & responsibilities -

Job Summary:

As a Community Manager at realme India, you will be the key driver of community engagement, responsible for fostering relationships, building brand loyalty, and ensuring a seamless user experience across all community platforms. You will act as the bridge between realme and its community members, facilitating discussions, gathering feedback, and executing engagement strategies to enhance user interaction.

Community Engagement & Growth

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase engagement and community participation.
  • Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with community members, influencers, and brand advocates.
  • Foster meaningful discussions and interactions across community forums, social media platforms, and realmes online groups.

Content Creation & Management

  • Develop compelling and interactive content for community platforms, including social media posts, newsletters, and blog updates.
  • Monitor user-generated content, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and guidelines.

Event Planning & Execution

  • Plan and execute both online and offline events, including product launches, webinars, community meetups, and fan engagement activities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure seamless execution of events and campaigns.

Feedback & Insights

  • Gather and analyze community feedback to drive improvements in products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer service) to address community concerns and optimize user experience.

Community Moderation & Advocacy

  • Oversee community forums and social media groups, ensuring a respectful and engaging environment.
  • Identify and empower brand advocates and ambassadors to enhance realmes community presence.

Data & Reporting

  • Track and analyze key community metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare reports on engagement, growth, and overall community sentiment to inform decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: 5+ years in community management, social media management, or a related field.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Creativity: Strong content creation abilities, with a knack for storytelling and audience engagement.
  • Event Management: Experience in organizing online and offline community events.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with community management tools, social media platforms, Discord, and content management systems.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data, track key performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer service teams.
  • Passion for Technology: Enthusiasm for tech and smartphone ecosystems, with a deep understanding of realmes target audience.
