Role Description
The Business Development Executive - Corporate Sales will be responsible for identifying and securing corporate partnerships that align with LWL’s mission. This role requires strong sales acumen, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to develop strategic collaborations with companies, foundations, and industry leaders to support educational programs. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding LWL’s corporate network.


Key Responsibilities

  • Corporate Partnership Development: Identify and establish partnerships with corporations, foundations, and industry leaders to support LWL programs.
  • Sales & Revenue Generation: Drive corporate collaborations that enhance LWL’s educational initiatives.
  • Proposal & Pitching: Create compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to engage potential corporate clients.
  • Networking & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate stakeholders, decision-makers, and sponsors.
  • Market Research & Lead Generation: Conduct research to identify new corporate prospects and emerging industry trends.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing and program teams to develop partnership strategies and ensure seamless execution of corporate collaborations. Contract Negotiation & Closure: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing deals and ensuring successful program implementation.
  • Event Participation & Representation: Represent LWL at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to enhance corporate engagement.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 2 - 5 years in corporate sales, business development, or partnership roles.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Sales & Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to close deals and drive revenue through corporate
    collaborations.
  • Communication & Presentation Skills: Strong ability to craft persuasive proposals and deliver impactful presentations.
  • Relationship Management: Ability to develop long-term partnerships and engage corporate
    stakeholders effectively.
  • Market & Industry Awareness: Understanding of corporate trends and partnership opportunities in education.
  • Tech Proficiency: Experience with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital sales tools.
  • Self-Motivation & Target-Driven Approach: Ability to work independently and meet sales goals in a fast-paced environment.
